About my photo philosophy

I’m constantly capturing the beauty of life and people around me.  As a people person, I love getting to know who you are; to me, you’re never just another “client.”  I make it my responsibility to know your wants and needs before every shoot so that when we meet, you can relax and have fun while I worry about all the little details.  In fact, a photoshoot with me feels like hanging out with a friend.  It’s my goal to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera so that your photos capture the genuine you.

A bit about me

I love to travel.  I crave adventure, getting out of my comfort zone, meeting new people & cultures, and chasing beautiful landscapes.  It’s my dream one day to renovate an old van and travel across the America’s in it.  That’s the cool stuff I do.  Day to day, I love playing board games with my friends, stargazing, reading a good book, getting lost in a movie, taking long walks, learning weird facts, trying new recipes, and playing with my adorable pups, Meiko and Winston (picture tax included).

I am also incredibly passionate about the environment.  I hope to one day travel the world, documenting how climate change is impacting different communities and how they’re adapting to these challenges.  I recently published my first photobook, Exploring Cuba, which covers this exact topic as it relates to Cuban society.  Hopefully, it’ll be the first of many to come.
